Federal law enforcement officials said Friday that the new emails uncovered in the closed investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server were discovered after the F.B.I. seized electronic devices belonging to Huma Abedin, an aide to Mrs. Clinton, and her husband, Anthony Weiner.
The F.B.I. told Congress that it had uncovered new emails related to the closed investigation into whether Mrs. Clinton or her aides had mishandled classified information, potentially reigniting an issue that has weighed on the presidential campaign and offering a lifeline to Donald J. Trump less than two weeks before the election.

The charge of high crimes and misdemeanors covers allegations of misconduct peculiar to officials, such as perjury of oath, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of assets, failure to supervise, dereliction of duty, conduct unbecoming, and refusal to obey a lawful order.
Abuse of authority:
In an email thaat was part of the ones that were recovered from her server, she was instructing subordinates on how to use patch an paste to disguise security codes
Misuse of assets:
Illegally using a private insecure server to transfer sensitive information
Dereliction of duty:
Not taking the appropriate steps thus allowing sensitive information, to include top secret information, to be vulnerable.
Refusal to obey a lawful order:
orders the feds have copies of that she was instructed how to protect a computer used to transfer sensitive information she signed. Otherwise, she would not have been given information to send legally. And if she illegally transfered it to her computer, that is espionage and treason.
So, even if she is elected, this is what she faces. And you’ll notice, intent has nothing to do with it. Just the act itself.
CNN’s Brianna Kielar announces that Podesta claims that the FBI has caved to political pressure to re-open an investigation into Hillary’s emails in which she was previously exonerated.
