Alternatively, some unnamed low level FBI agent and hero worked very hard and managed to find a way around Comey’s internal dictate that there is “no there there” in any of Hillary’s, Huma’s, or Cheryl’s email messages so far, and that using wikileaks was off limits and would be regarded a priori insufficient grounds to re-open the Hillary investigation by themselves.
