Neither Hillary nor Obama can get rid of Comey now. It would be akin to the Saturday Night Massacre under Nixon. The people and the employees of the FBI would not have it. She would find that the leeks would come fast and furious if they tried it.
It’s going to be interesting to see where this goes. My guess is probably nowhere, considering that is where everything else involving these criminals has gone.
However, I am going to go out on a limb and say that what has happened today is a very rare instance of a thing actually qualifying for a much overused term around these parts.
And that overused term is-
BOMBSHELL!
