The FBI obtained a warrant to search emails related to the Hillary Clinton private server probe that were discovered on ex-congressman Anthony Weiner's laptop, law enforcement officials confirmed Sunday.
The warrant came two days after FBI director James Comey revealed the existence of the emails, which law-enforcement sources said were linked to Weiner's estranged wife, top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.
The FBI already had a warrant to search Weiner's laptop, but that only applied to evidence of his allegedly illicit communications with an underage girl.

Catherine Herridge just reported that the FBI did a metadata search on Huma/Weiner laptop for “state.gov” and for Hillary emails and turned up an “astonishing” number of hits.
Her sources did not steer her away from the 650,000 emails number the WSJ gave

They (FBI+DOJ) get to look at them, and then the "good stuff" is leaked to media while the "bad stuff" is kept locked away.
Then they attack Comey harder, talk like he goes to prison. Hillary is the victim, like every single liberal is. It's something for her to rally off of...yada yada. It's to predictable..just my opinion. I think it were great if instead it blew up to expose the whole thing. But getting a warrant this weekend was what they wanted and sought, because they cant have the story in limbo, they need to control the story

I think that is quite possible. But.... I also think that by Weds We could be seeing the second drop of the missing 33K emails. That would present another massive problem both for Hillary and the FBI.
The NYPD also has the emails and the SC police.

I will say this, Comey has everything on the line here. He cannot do what he has done here, 11 days (then) from the election. And now with a warrant. He’s hanging way out on a branch, he has to deliver something massive, unprecedented. He can’t have a nothing-burger. Everything about his career and his life is on the line now.<<<
When this is over Comey may resign and surrender himself to federal authorities. He is dirty, but in the end he may redeem himself to some degree by accepting his fate and admitting his guilt. He could end up looking like a flawed hero.
...And if he's found with hundreds of classified documents? One or two months?? I seriously doubt it. Weiner will be having trouble showering for 20 years if this happens.

Nope. Not even possible. Comey would be committing professional suicide. He can’t deliver anything except something historically powerful. He has rebellion from below - revolutionary. They can’t keep a lid on it. He knows what he has.
It is a simple matter to move your .pst files from computer to computer as you upgrade. Anyone running a legitimate business wants to keep records back for repeat clients or just to see how you did something last time you had to do it.
