There is already a sitting grand jury in NY. There may be a way these criminal FBI/unJustice moves gets the Clinton criminality thrown out as ‘not applicable to the grand jury investigation. Which of course the enemy (read media) will then ought as exonerating illary, right before Nov voting. Once the criminal enterprise tells their stooge drones what to do, Commy, Lynchpinhead and media-whoredom jump into action. No criminal behavior is above these evil bastards!

That’s true for sure, but that wasn’t the point.
The pardon was just for show, and would not have prevented criminal prosecution, since there were no charges to pardon him for.

I think that’s what’s so maddening about the redirection that that they’re so good at - they’re making it about Comey, and successfully distracting from HER criminality.
