Why do they need the DNA, isn’t there a record of it available? Check that with the kid’s to see if they match.

I would imagine that, unless on something owned by another, HIPAA laws deny access to those records unless a warrant is obtained.

I think everyone is the Clinton area should get a DNA test before marriage to make sure they are not marrying their half sibling.
