complaint has been filed with the Federal Election Commission over the alleged violation of campaign finance laws by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee.
Trends US Elections 2016 The complaint comes as undercover videos from the conservative Project Veritas allegedly show both the campaign and the DNC involved in ripping up voter registrations and unethical campaigning.
According to the complaint, it’s based on “findings from an investigation conducted by Project Veritas Action and their published reports regarding the same, as well as on news sources.”

Can’t find much about the FEC not doing what it’s supposed to be doing in USA media.
I would get rid of this “independent” regulatory agency.
I would get rid of many federal agencies, starting with the ones who are not doing their job.
Oh and repeal the 1975 Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA)
Why even have laws if they are not going to be enforced. What’s the point?
Just get these laws off the books and all the bureaucracy surrounding them.

Complaints can be filed but that doesn’t mean any enforcement will follow. The FEC is basically a watchdog in a cage since it regularly deadlocks 3-3 on party lines.
It’s inability to enforce regs has become a feature supported by both parties. This is why the Clinton campaign are able to break explicit prohibitions against PAC/campaign-coordination with impunity, for instance.

The media covers any complaint against Trump, just not the other way.
