There is a HJC oversight hearing today where the head of our Civil Division will testify. Likely to get questions on State Department emails. Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails.

Giuliani put a shot across the bow of DOJ last night on Hannity. He talked about how disappointed he is in the staff of DOJ, suggesting they should resign in the face of such open corruption, as staff would have in previous times.
The lawyers at DOJ should take note...this is your boss in January. Submit your resignations now and have some honor, or submit them in shame in January and be out forever.
Back in May 2015, maybe not.
