I bet the ones that paid her millions for the information are pissed they couldn’t get it for free from hacking.

The ones who gave her billions to do their bidding as President are going to be very angry when she isn’t & won’t give refunds.

She doesn’t just see being POTUS as a “get out of jail free” card, it was also her insurance against assassination by angry customers.

How do you know the hackers got it for free? Perhaps they were the reason Hillary set up an unsecured server in the first place.

My guess is this is how pay for play actually worked in some cases. You pay, and we coach you on how to break our server to retrieve the data.

While the private server may have been in part motivated for convenience (over security), I think more likely is that it was the conduit for passing info to foreign entities. And this way, by occurring in the form of a hack, they can (and have) say that “it was a mistake” and any disclosures were “inadvertent.” It’s all CYA.

I don't think most of it worked that way. Some may have paid just for information.

But many I think paid to have Hillary intervene in government processes to get her customers the favorable outcomes that they would be willing to pay for.

The huge cache of documents were where the Clintons and their henchmen would mine opportunities. They would see a developing situation and recognize an opportunity to turn the power of the administration in one way or another to benefit whoever might be willing to pony up the money.

Somebody somewhere was in charge of following up ideas generated by the information they had and contacting the relevant parties to arrange deals. Does the name Doug Band ring a bell? One couldn't have several people doing this because then you would risk approaching opposing parties with offers and having no ability to satisfy both.

There must be some pretty nervous people in Hillary's circle these days.
