Interstate commerce is Constitutionally protected. One state cannot embargo or tariffs another states products. Most Toyotas are made in the USA( thank you Reagan!) so no, for the most part Oklahomans cannot embargo Toyotas. Only if the car is imported from Japan or other country could Oklahomans legally do that.

But to your main point I get it.
