I didn’t mean to, but I nodded off on the sofa about 8:30 or so last night. Woke up at 1:30, laid down on the sofa (was too lazy to climb the stairs to the bedroom) and after an hour couldn’t go back to sleep. I’m going to need a nap today to make it through the night.

This election has been rough on us who aren’t exactly as young as we think we are.
I haven’t wanted to miss a thing but my body gets to a point that it says TO BED.
Tonight I’m going to need a few liters of Diet Coke to get me through.
