Its a heavily blue collar Dem county - it mirrors the statewide vote exactly.

Trump will win it big and WashPost reports Trump has PA.

That was big news.

Here’s what you need to know about PA.

Total votes will be 5.5-6 million.

2012 Philadelphia county went 550K Obama - 91K Romney. That’s 86%-14%

A good % of that Philly lead has to be peeled off or the slope becomes really steep.

Luzerne is often described as a "bellwether" county in PA because it is closely contested and usually votes for the winning candidate.

It won't be a bellwether this year. It is Joe Biden's home region but will be a complete disaster for Hillary Clinton. The only real question in PA is whether Clinton can get enough inner-city votes in Philadelphia to offset catastrophic losses around the rest of the state.
