Okay, I think I can relax now, I just saw on the NYT live report for PA, they checked Trump as winner. The percentage win was 1 % - 75,000 vote led.. The numbers reported in Allegheny has been corrected

That can’t be. The total population of Allegheny is 1.22 million. If every person in the county voted (which is not possible), that would be 26% of that, or 317 thousand people. Trump had 246 k voted and hillary had 345 k, for a total of 591 k.
