Hillary probably had to read her Concession Speech straight from a pre-typed sheet of paper. The page loudly flutters in her tight trembling grasp. Hillary reads on, without deviation from the script. She reads in a flat atonal muted voice, devoid of punctuation and inflection. She finishes her reading her speech and disconnects their phone call immediately after the last printed word is forced out.
