File federal criminal charges against him for every thing you can then arrest him and hold him here and do what needs to be done to neutralize the threat. Now that they have shot people in Seattle — these illegal protests ( need permits and cost bonds ) must be crushed. Lives are at stake. These are communists and they must be eliminated.
