It sounds like the whole thing is staged because the complainer is using one person-one vote to invalidate the electoral college. the goal is to shred the constitution.

If they all voted, Hillary would be President.
Since they didn’t, they have no standing to sue.
Losing fair and square is not a basis for judicial relief.
We’re not talking about vote fraud here but about liberals seeking to annul an election outcome they don’t agree with.
