Pity the poor students who voted for Trump. They are the ones who are being ostracized, bullied and threatened on the cmpuses.
It's funny, but I teach at a small college where the bulk of the students, staff and faculty too are Trump supporters. I'm sure there are Hillary supporters amongst us, but they keep their heads down.
These are first generation college goers whose families have had to make major sacrifices and who, for the most part, have to work long hours in addition to their studies. These are not fragile little snowflakes.
Makes me reluctant to make generalizations about schools and students.
