The crumbling Clinton criminal enterprise
American Thinker ^ | November 10, 2016 | Russ Vaughn

Sadness reigns in progressives' America – a grief so profound as to provoke outbreaks of acute liberal insanity.  But the grief, anxiety, and outright fear affecting progressive America for the moment must surely pale against those same emotions within Clinton, Incorporated, whose future fortunes have done a disastrous one-eighty since early Wednesday morning.

Think about it for a moment: with no more promise of future access to the presidential inner circle, what third-world government or major global enterprise truly wants to pay a cool half-mil to a now not so cool Bill for his special insights?  Do you suppose that all those Wall Street swells are breathlessly waiting to hear the unique perspectives of a now not the first female president at a tidy 250 grand a pop?  Sure they are.

Claw back every nickel.

Throw all participants in jail.

Easy peasy.

P.S. If the foundation folks don’t want to talk to authorities hold them in Rahway State Prison in general population—just temporarily.

Giuliani doesn’t want AG. Talk is Secretary of State.
Christi might be AG

If they don’t go to jail I hope “journalists” continue to follow the foundation. There are a few possibilities such as

* shuts down soon - it was a front for selling the government
* reduces in size - it was a front for selling the government
* in 10 years the Clinton’s are worth $700+ million and still helping Africa with wells and medicine and giving speeches and writing books with huge advances - I was probably wrong and it was a legit charity and they give great speeches worth over $200k/hour the organizations.

I’m sure historians will deal with the Clintons properly even if the DOJ and current media does nothing. And I’ll be shocked if my 3rd possibility above plays out.

I can only hope that someone caught the epic tantrum that Hillary threw when she came to the realization that she was going to lose this race. It had to have been Matt Lauer x 1000.

If Obama pardons Hillary, she can still be prosecuted for certain crimes. Good. I hope Trump is not forgiving. He can go after many other people he can go after, not only Hillary.

Obama’s pardon may or may not tarnish his legacy. I say, if Obama pardons her, Trump should pardon Assange as soon as he takes office. In four years, it won’t be an issue for the re-election.

I think Sweeden cleared him from the rape charge. So Assange could walk out free.

The Clintons insist that the foundation is not a corrupt pay to play operation. This will be proved in the near future. Let’s see how many people donate money to the Clintons now, with no way for them to receive any political spoils in return.

Why do we need a special prosecutor?

All we need is honest leadership in the DoJ, FBI, and IRS.

The Clintons hold no elective office. They are ordinary people now, and subject to the same laws as the rest of us.

Clear away the roadblocks erected by the Obama administration, and let the law enforcement agencies do their job.

What could be even more disastrous for the Clintons would be if many of the major donors to their charities should decide they've been sold a bill of goods and demand refunds of very substantial quids, for which there will not now, nor ever, be the much anticipated quos. With reports that very little of the Clinton charitable donations have actually been applied to charitable deeds, such donors would seem to have a reasonably credible motive for demanding that their donations be returned.

I don't see how the donors would be able to base lawsuits on the fact that they didn't get the political quid pro quos that they were paying for, since the "donations" were framed as charitable contributions. Since bribes are illegal, they can't argue that the money really went to buy political favors which they didn't end up getting.

The liberals and in particular, the Clinton’s have been here too long, its time for them to go. Unfortunately, they will NEVER go away peacefully as it is not in their nature to accept the results of the seeds they have sown. It is always someone else’s fault when they lose. The American people have spoken and it time for them to go. End of story!

As hard as Trey Gowdy has worked......been vilified by the left trying to get to the bottom of Benghazi and Clinton lying about the emails I would love to see him as AG. I realize he supported Rubio but the guy deserves at the least consideration for that spot......IMHO.....

Maybe they could argue that new revelations have shown that the Foundation was never mainly a charitable one at all, and they feel defrauded. What could the Clinton’s say?

I’m guessing receipts to the Clinton Foundation have experienced a sudden downturn. Powerless, the favor-buyers will move away from the Clintons as fast as vermin can scurry.
