Remember, she has “bad judgement.”
I think that (any) other Republican, would have been beat.
I have supported Donald since before he even ran. But I think anyone else, would have lost.
Seems I was telling everyone that during the primaries.
I remember some FReepers that no longer grace our presence saying that Hillary and trump were in cahoots, because she went to his wedding and he donated to this one and that one and blah, blah, blah.
Holy smokes, that’s right. I do remember that. The DNC thought Trump would be the easiest candidate for their ailing, vengeful, sofa-upholstery-wearing, criminal candidate to beat.
A very good illustration of:
Be careful of what you wish,— you may get it.
And Schizophrenia is a treatable disease..
Wasn’t Cruz also on her list of choices that she thought she could easily destroy? Which she probably could have.
Sure did backfire! Braaahaaahaaaaa!!!!!
“I think that (any) other Republican, would have been beat.”
Not only beat but destroyed.
Trump took everything they had and more, and BEAT them.
He doesn’t need any advice from anyone.
Most republicans in congress should not “advise” but study and learn from Trump.
That’s how it’s done folks!
All the talking heads including Hillary’s campaign staff were Dreaming OUT LOUD of Mr Trump being the Candidate, they were POSITIVE Hillary would wipe the floor with him, they WANTED MR TRUMP!
Yep. They would have played nice and let the MSM dictate 100% of the narrative with little to no push-back. There would have been no situation where Hillary would have insulted a great many of their supporters like she did with those supporting Trump. There would have been no need for the MSM to lie about the polls, which appears to have suppressed some of the vote for Hillary.
Some are misinterpreting this.
Hillary picked Trump thinking he was the EASIEST TO BEAT.
They worried about Rubio as another Obama - young, energetic, minority.
They wanted Trump.
They weren’t in ‘co-hoots.’ It was to set up Republicans for a loss.
THE IRONY IS RICH!!
Yep.
Exactly. They laughed about him. NEVER did they think he could win.
Oops!
LOL!
You’re right. I don’t think any other candidate could have survived.
I’ve been good with Trump since virtually the beginning. I liked the fact that he was a straight shooter and NOT PC. He always reminded me of Vinny Gambini! LOL and I’ve always liked that character.
I think you are correct in your assessment that any other Republican would have been beat. My dad (age 79) began asking me after Romney lost in ‘12 who I wanted on the Republican ticket in ‘16 and who I thought could win. Two separate questions. I floated a couple of names I wanted, he had a couple too, but none we really thought could win against Hitlery. Trump was definitely not on our radar back then but I’m darn glad we found a real man who could win.
Boo-hoo
