Good. Make them their own country and totally self sufficient. I am sorry for Freepers still there, try to come to the saner states soon......we fled 7 years ago. But I would recommend that anyone coming to the USA -1 (after secession) be required to have a Visa. And they cannot emigrate, period.

Surround it with military roadblocks and gunboats on the coast, no flights in or out, cut all fiber optic lines and turn off their satellite access, suspend all diplomatic relations and dissolve the border south of the imperial valley.
