Fire the Producers to just eliminate all the social justice SJW aspects during the broadcasts. Tell ESPN you are tired of lefty politics in the coverage - if they don’t stop you’re going to give a big boost to FoxSports or NBC Sports cable stations.
Stop with 25 accepted penalties a game. Stop with super slo mo official replay every third play. Maybe don’t suspend the best player in the league and champion the back up from San Fran that disrespected the nation. Put good games on the national slots instead of the planned a year in advance games (it’s not like they didn’t know they had the winless Browns on the friggin road last night). Stop adding commercials to the broadcasts every year - all that does is reduce is the number of plays in the game.
Being a Pats fan, I think it stinks. I can’t imagine what it must be like for you folks with these always crappy teams.
Even the owners of crappy teams make a fortune.

Higher ups at the NFL won’t allow him to be cut. Ineffective, highly paid, and no future with the 49ers as he will be a free agent. No likely suitors. 8 weeks left to prove he can still play and it’s not the 49ers job to give him that forum. Eric Reid has been a disappointment with his play and Eli Harold completely ineffective. Political correctness will not allow them to be cut loose.
A few more gripes I would add to your list:
Stop the idiot announcers from talking about anything other than the game at hand. I used to mute the TV and listen on the radio, but they made that impossible by delaying one or the other so they don’t sync up.
Stop showing clips from other games that run so long that you miss parts of the game you are actually watching.
Cut back on all that silly CGI graphics stuff, especially the ones that make the players look like Transformers toys.
Show the halftime entertainment instead of cutting away to a studio where washed up former players say nothing about nothing.
