It’s not a restaurant. They have thousands of restaurants signed up through grubhub.com and seamless.com. They take the order, process the payment and coordinate delivery from the restaurants. For this they charge the places 15% (I think). Way to go alienating more than half the country. Brilliant!

essentially they are just a middle man charging a fee for being in the middle. I’d rather call restaurant myself and ode red directly.

Kind of like Insurance company charging a fee between you and the lower fee a doctor could charge if there was no middle man to pay.

ridiculous some of the things we have come to accept as normal and give our money away to.
