The media screamed for Trump’s blood when the Clinton campaign released an 11-year-old tape of boorish remarks about women, though what Trump said was the bland and pious reflection of a Baptist minister compared to the normal conversation of Lyndon Johnson, or the actual conduct, while discharging presidential business, of Bill Clinton. It was magnificent watching the Clinton News Network (CNN) robots on auto cue scurrying around like asphyxiated roaches as it became clear that Trump would do the impossible and win, and that the public saw through the animosity of the lazy, complacent, boot-licking, myth-making claque of the Washington media, with its liars, defamers, frauds and idiots.
The legal profession is increasingly a cartel in which lawyers as legislators and regulators spew out endless reams of new statutes and rules requiring an ever larger number of lawyers to argue, judge and arbitrate them. Legal costs to society are more egregious and less excusable than medical costs, and produce far less desirable results. The criminal justice system is an unspeakable cesspool. Here government can do something.

I realize Trump will probably let them in for daily briefings and press conferences but I ask - WHY? They will continue asking blatheringly lengthy questions which have false premises, and no matter what Trump does or says, they will spin it as heartless and racist. Let these tramps get their news from Twitter and Facebook. They have stunk their way into irrelevancy, let them wallow in it.
Now, with Hillary being the loser, those same folks don't seem to have any problem with the rioters and malcontents who refuse to accept the outcome of the election.
Obama will be in DC for the next two years along with Hillary who has a residence in DC. Obama will be working against the Trump agenda in a very public way. Obama now owns the DNC. He is the Kingmaker and chief fundraiser.

Yeb only has a political future if he runs and defeats Nelson for the Florida Senate slot. Personally I think Florida Senator is his terminal political posting. But doing so will give him a rational argument that he is “viable” for another President run. However I don’t think his ego will let him do it. He will rationalize its beneath his dignity , so he won’t! If so he’s done!

During the Obama administration it was an anachronism. Why bother to send reporters when you can just copy the DNC talking points? Most of the MSM will continue to write what the DNC tells them, so why do they need to attend Trump's press conferences? Perhaps 1/3 might honestly listen and accurately report what Trump has to say. The rest don't need press passes, they only need a fax line.
As far as education is concerned, we are fools if we don’t mandate civics any more in elementary schools. Kids today are forced to learn about global warming and homosexual love. I think we can push for a clear civics curriculum that informs American children that their government is supposed to belong to THEM, to us. Our president is our representative, not our king. Most do not know this.
I think one way to counteract the propaganda “press” is to also teach, on middle school level, about journalism. Not journalism but an overview OF journalism. In elementary school, kids learn typically TO report. Like how to ask the Principal or the baseball player questions, how to write it into a little article. As it should be.
But the 12-15 year old kid should have a class in “what is journalism and what should it be?” In that class, they should be taught ethical and moral questions in journalism. They should be asked, “how do you search for truth in articles you read, without using more media to do it?” Even using search engines it is hard to find actual truth without having to trust a media source. But kids should be taught how. They should be assigned to find lies in media, and prove it. This can be done.
Either the mainstream media is honest and true, or it’s owned propaganda. There is no grey area. Kids need to know that. Either it was all written by Gd or it’s paid for by SOMEONE with an agenda. How to become informed without having to depend on biased sources?

Wikileaks exposed these people like nothing I have ever seen. The amount of collusion between Democrats and the “free” press was obscene. How easy was it to get their daily directions on what to write and what to say, and stil collect a fat paycheck for doing so? Classless buffoons.

I was clearing out some programs from my DVR yesterday. The Sunday news programs from last week were hilarious. Most of the commentators were practically guaranteeing a win by Hillary with up to 350 electoral votes and a 5% or bigger popular vote win. It felt so much better watching them after the election than before.
