I believe this is protected by the 1st Amendment.
It sure is.
But, we ALL know that there is a price to pay. They were videotaped and those tapes WILL come back and bite them in the butt. They WILL eventually grow up. They will eventually get a REAL job.
How they deal with those eventualities will be a true test of their backbone and character.
Agreed. I see a YUGE lawsuit coming in the very near future and suspect these two young men are going to be very wealthy when the gavel hits the desk.

Hate speech is non speech.
If they offended some POC (person of color) or LGTBQ member, defined by the offended person’s POV, then they are guilty of hate speech.
Hate Speech isn’t allowed on college campuses and can result in them being expelled.
I believe this is protected by the 1st Amendment.
