MEXICO CITY (AFP) -

Mexico is scrambling to ready its diplomats in the United States to handle millions of undocumented migrants' potential needs following Donald Trump's election, its foreign ministry said.

The ministry's North American team huddled with Foreign Minister Claudia Ruiz Massieu Saturday to "analyze the results of the US election and discuss concrete actions concerning the future of the bilateral relationship" between the two countries, according to a statement.

The meeting follows the Republican billionaire's victory last Tuesday in a campaign which saw him call illegal Mexican migrants "rapists" and pledge to build a wall along the southern US border.

to handle millions of undocumented migrants' potential needs
All they need is a compass that shows them the way south.

When people ask me about the Mexican illegal aliens, I just say that I am uncomfortable with being complicit with the Mexican ethnic cleansing by elite and wealthy Mexicans against their indigenous population. That certainly changes the conversation! The Mexican leadership is the ultimate elite Euro-Mexican who has been ethnically cleansing his country and enriching his peers with American money and drug dollars.

It is wonderful that Trump is addressing this injustice.

We’re sending Mexico their drug deals, criminals and gangbangers first... Maybe they should build more prisons.

Weird how I never heard one, NOT ONE, illegal alien say during the presidential campaign that they were going to move to Mexico “if Trump wins.” What’s up with that?

Did they purchase some North Korean counterfeit presses to run off US Social Security cards and drivers licenses?

I've noticed the men and women appearing on Mexican TV are uniformly light skinned, European...

Does this mean the Mexican regime is now going to build a wall to prevent the return of the gang-bangers, terrorists, and anchor babies they sent us?

I find it fascinating that a country on our border would strive to assist their people that were attempting to violate our borders illegally and trespass into land they don’t own nor have privileges to be on legally without our approval.

Mexico is far more dependent on us as we are on them. The only real trade agreement we have with them is for their oil so they can eat. Maybe this “deal” needs to be renegotiated with a little emphasis on respecting us as a sovereign nation. Might make a better understanding.

That is a good response and one I might even adopt myself. If you don’t object that is.

I love your statement. I think I am going to use this point of view when talking to anyone about illegal immigration....especially those who have emigrated illegally.

Well, did the top brass in the Mexican government ever think that their situation could even go south?

The meeting follows the Republican billionaire's victory last Tuesday in a campaign which saw him call illegal Mexican migrants "rapists" and pledge to build a wall along the southern US border.

The article would be credible if the writer were able to cite exactly what Trump said.

The facts are that many illegal immigrants are criminals, gangsters, drug dealers, gang members, rapists, and murderers. Not only are they here illegally, but they put Americans in harms way.

To Democrats putting Americans health and safety at risk is less important, thus resulting in necessary collateral damage caused by the flood of illegal immigrants.

The Democrats have a more important goal of open borders and one world government.

That’s a good one.

Trump’s plan also creates lots of jobs in Mexico. Good construction, administrative, and law enforcement jobs.
