Give the Board time to convene an extraordinary meeting and vote to toss the guy out. Yes, IMHO he deserves to be fired. I’m just saying that it sounds like the company is going through the normal procedures to handle a scandal like this.
The only way to separate Harrigan from the company is if he were to sell off all his shares.
At this point the company is pretty much worthless.
