Trump was NOT just an outsider. He was an outsider when people wanted change and wanted what the “insiders” had done to change.
If Trump is even HALF successful in implementing his policies, there will be no change mandate in 2020, so running an inexperienced outsider will backfire.

Hint: put the best at the top, ignore attributes which have no effect on job performance. If Trump appoints a gay female black hispanic to a top post there is only one reason: she is the best.
