She is usually spot on for policy. But her communication leaves a bit to be desired. Run on sentences.
Maybe she can reclaim some lands already set aside for Russians and Chinese interests and UNESCO to buy up as we decline as a nation.

Federal ownership of lands within a state is limited to the constitutional prescription in Art I, Sec 8, Cl 17.
