Considering he gave the info to Wikileaks, I doubt he gets mercy from Obama.
If I were a betting person, I would wager that Chelsea is already on a lengthy list of possibly shameless pardons.
(I do not pretend to know. But I do recall Mister Clinton's pardoning of some highly icky criminals at the end of his alleged presidency, and it goes to precedence. )
