That makes no sense to me. I saw Rudy talk about how well he knows the DoJ. He's been involved in the criminal justice system his entire career. Why would he want to be SoS?

What if Rudy wants to be the special prosecutor for the Clinton Foundation/email case? I can see him not wanting to commit to a four/eight year gig. Taking down the Clintons and everyone in their orbit, up to an including Obama, would be a very nice feather in his cap and a helluva way to ride off into the sunset.
