Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach is the architect of the Trump immigration enforcement structures. Working diligently behind the scenes Kobach is constructing the actual mechanisms and actionable policies that will make President Trumps policy proposals actually come into fruition.
Fortuitously, President Obamas executive actions -as carried out by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)- have created convenient lists of many illegal aliens.
(Via NBC News) President-elect Donald Trumps immigration adviser Kris Kobach warned Tuesday no one living here illegally will get a free pass and predicted many immigrants would leave as jobs and benefits dry up.

Excellent news.
The Ministry of Propaganda is still trying to convince people that it is impossible to enforce our immigration laws.
Now that we have someone who will actually do it instead of trying as hard as they can not to enforce them, just watch as the illegals leave on their own.
I wouldn’t be surprised if many illegals are already leaving or planning to leave in anticipation of Jan 20.
This is crazy.... Even under Reagan every victory felt smallish.
I have already been called heartless by a Republican no less
For suggesting the illegal parents take their anchor babies with them. Yes the anchors are us citizens But they are also citizens of the parents country
The illegal parents tried to scam the USA into providing free everything to the kids including taking care of the illegal parents too
This is the main reason the American people put Trump in the White House.. We’re TIRED of the invasion!
It is a lot easier for the illegals to leave than in was for them to get here in the first place. They paid a smuggler several thousand dollars to arrive hear. They can go home for the price of a one way bus ticket to the border. Good news for Greyhound Bus Company.
What’s Tom Tancredo up to these days? I don’t see any day-to-day kind of work on his wikipedia page. He was a lone voice on illegal immigration for years in the House. He’s practically an elder statesman on the matter at this point.
Anchor babies have become a cottage industry for Mexicans since we started issuing SS cards at birth.
I doubt they’ll voluntarily before January 20. They’re probably digging in deeper or taking sanctuary with some bleeding-heart liberal.
Nope, still not getting tired of it.
Winning is still in style at my home!
Go Trump!
Illegally crossing our borders and then acting like you own the nation, who knew that citizens would finally get sick of it and put their foot down?
I did.
Can obozo pardon illegal aliens? or only US citizens?
I’m glad to hear Kobach is involved. Now, if Trump will bring into his administration Tom Tancredo and Joe Arpaio, and push to have Jeff Sessions and Steve King put in Senate and House leadership roles, respectively, I would be even more jubilant.
Check out the video near bottom of page. In Spanish with sub-titles, Mexicans at the wall defying Trump and how he deals with them. Weird humor!

I honestly don’t know.
I think it would have to be on an individual basis.
I pardon X person for X reasons.
No, “I pardon every person in Detroit, just because I feel sorry for them.”, reasoning allowed.
The other component to this is to replace the Immigration Act of 1965.
That scumbag Ted Kennedy changed the way we approve immigrants into the country, said it wouldnt lead to mass immigration from Mexisco andthe third world.
HE LIED!!!!
The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 (H.R. 2580; Pub.L. 89236, 79 Stat. 911, enacted June 30, 1968), also known as the HartCeller Act, changed the way quotas were allocated by ending the National Origins Formula that had been in place in the United States since the Emergency Quota Act of 1921.
