That is actually a good point, but at the moment the entire weight of the legal establishment is already stacked against us. What's one more on the dogpile?

Still, I hadn't thought of that, and I don't like the ramifications of it.

i would prefer a later Supreme Court nominee. Based on the entrenched power structure in the Senate, I think Cruz would do more good in the Senate keeping the RINO’s in line. Later after the Rino’s have been back-benched, then Cruz for Supreme Court Justice. That would put liberal panties in a bunch.

I’d be good with that, but I think the current opening goes to Cruz. I hope he fully realizes that he is replacing a true legend in Antonin Scalia.

The second seat I predict will go to Bill Pryor. He will replace RBG, who holds the record for the total number of voting with the incorrect side. So a sort of legend in her own right.
