Trump should hold a presser early on with him using scissors to cut through a tangled mess of real red tape, then announce reinstatement of all cancelled leases and ending the 8 years of federal blockage of the legal use of the lands by the lessors. He could even give all the lessors advance notice so they could have drilling rigs sitting outside the gates with their engines idling and crews suited up and ready to work.
Trump should sit in front of a heavy duty paper shredder with a copy of Obamacare legislation. He should then say: “See Pelosi ~ You have to shred it if you want to see it disappear.”
