They greatly reduced legal arsenic levels in water to below the natural level in much of the West, thus requiring either vast increases in water processing costs or making Bush repeal it and thus "poison the children".
You just know Melania will have to redecorate and fumigate many rooms in the living quarters in the WhiteHouse. Lots of orange painted walls, faux antique African head statues, black leather couches, and purple drapes. Probably stinks of hair perm solution and bad cologne.
