I would have to seriously question Trump's judgment if he offers the SOS spot to Romney. This would strengthen the Romney/Ryan axis--an axis strong enough to cause lots of problems for him.

Secretary of State is too big of a position for me, some people who gave Trump friction might still be able to get a cabinet post but I don’t think it should be SOS.

In a few months Romney will be working for Trump, but it won’t be as secretary of state and likely not in the cabinet.
