Not sure exactly. But over 300 convicted felons voted. Many counties not yet able to count as DMV reports not in yet. A real mess down there.

There is definitely fraud but cooper has been gaining votes and I don’t think McCrory will be able to pull it off. Democrats almost never lose in a recount. Ever.
