president is supposed to be Natural born citizen not just citizen, but it seems with some presidents in past they may not have been NBC, I think chester arthur and obama are not of 2 parents who were born in USA

Why yes, it does. OTOH, it does NOT make him a "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN", which one has to be ( unless one happens to be a mulatto and a faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar left Dem,obviously ), to even run for the presidency, which let out Ted Cruz and he knew it; he just didn't give a damn about breaking the law.the rules set out in the Constitution!
