Sorry but I doubt that fraud requires two-thirds of any vote it just requires criminal investigation.
That is true for a Supreme Court justice, but false for a president.
And, to return to the original question, it would not affect the validity of the actions of either while in office. It would be up subsequent bodies to determine the ultimate outcomes.
