Gee, sounds like broadcast TV anymore.

We were watching CBS last night after Thanksgiving dinner at a friends house. It was a sitcom with mother and daughter. Daughter was getting ready to go on a date. Mother said to daughter, looks like someone’s going to have sex tonight. Mother asked daughter if she took care of business “down there”. Daughter responded she was freshly shaved and waxed.

I am shocked, but perhaps shouldn’t be, about some of what is allowed on broadcast TV nowadays. The above scene would never have been permitted years ago, and all of you know what I’m talking about.

That was your first mistake. I don't think I've watched a prime time show on broadcast TV in 30 years.

The daughter was probably a teen to boot.
