Actually this is to prove that Clinton won these states to give the Presidency to Clinton. It has nothing to do with Jill Stein other than she is pushing the case for the recount.

Some contend that Soros is the person who is really providing the money needed for the recounts in these states, and that it is not a grassroots operation at all..

Also put forth is that this is a familiar tactic used by Democrats to steal elections in the past at various levels of government.
