Here's what to do with Hillary

What is to be done with Hillary Clinton and her crew? Indications are that President-Elect Trump is inclined to forgive her transgressions. As expected, there is already substantial pushback from conservatives. Thus, the story is still to be told.

All the evidence, thus far, is that Hillary has committed grave offenses with respect to national security. Her lieutenants appear just as guilty of criminal acts.

Moreover, while the president can pardon, he must not interfere with on-going Justice Department criminal investigations. Neither may he interfere with congressional investigations and findings. Regardless of President-Elect Trump's inclinations, the matter will likely remain unresolved for some time to come.

Let us explore this issue. I propose a solution that should be satisfying to all.

The real problem is.....Hillary took down the whole Dem party with her. They're in shambles. They have no leaders and are in total disarray.

Don't be so sure. They said the same things about the GOP in 1974 after Nixon resigned and was then pardoned by Ford. It was only six years later that Reagan saved the GOP.

Somewhere in the back rooms of the Democrats, they are already grooming their 2020 Savior. We'll know who is it in the next few months, simply by watching who gets the MSM pre-coronation treatment.

P.S. — Nothing will do more to “restore our place of respect throughout the world” than to have the U.S. government bring down the hammer of justice on a former Secretary of State and her f#%&ed-up husband who have spent much of the last 15+ years running around shaking down governments all over the world for tens of millions of dollars in “donations” in exchange for political favors.

“Trump needs to stay out of it and let the law take its course. “

All the organs of federal law report to the President. This is why Clinton was not prosecuted. The President told them not to prosecute. This president can tell them to apply the law. This isn’t political. It was at a minimum multiple felonies. At a maximum it was treason on Clinton’s part.

Trump has taken away Obama’s justification politically for issuing a lame duck pardon. Nothing else has changed.

That is illegal and unconstitutional. Nixon tried such tactics and he had two AG's resign. This is the stuff of banana republics, not a constitutional Republic.

This president can tell them to apply the law. This isn’t political. It was at a minimum multiple felonies. At a maximum it was treason on Clinton’s part.

Trump can follow the law and stay out of it period. Why is it necessary for him to "tell them" to apply the law, i.e., do their jobs under the Constitution?

There is no reason for Trump to opine on whether the Clintons have suffered enough or that they are "good people." In the military, it is called command influence. The President should not be involved in putting his thumb on the scales of justice.

There are things that can be done ‘behind the scenes’ ... the one that leaps to mind is for the IRS to revoke the Clinton Foundation’s status as a 501c3. That would blow the whole slush fund up in their faces - worst thing that can happen to a charitable foundation. BTW, the IRS unit responsible for monitoring 501c3 organizations was headed by Lois Lerner .... no surprise that she got off as she did & the CF has been doing as they please (pay to play, lining the Clinton’s pockets, etc). Per several “experts” who have looked at the CF situation, they are way outside of their original determination letter/charter & should lose exempt status.

While Hillary’s email scandal warrants prosecution, I believe the Clinton Foundation will be her undoing. She, Bill, Chelsea and a host of their minions will all be prosecuted under RICO and IRS violations. They may avoid jail time, but will be massively fined and totally discredited.

So, Trump appoints Alan Dersowitz and ole Alan gets heavily involved in pursuit of his pals the Clintons then he is exposed as an Orgy Island Pedofile and Trump looks like a damn fool. Yeah right! Trump will never sign on to appointing AD to anything but carrying out the trash.

The ship has already sunk. Making Ellison DNC chair ensures it won’t be risen to the surface for a long, long time.

Based upon what we’ve seen of Trump so far I’d say he isn’t going to let Justice go begging. Well see in a few weeks.

“Here’s what to do with Hillary”

I picture hillary being taken by those in her party who are unhappy with her and stuck to a chair on one of those floating ice floes.

Yeah, the whole lois lerner was just a thread in this debacle. When she got off I think we all kinda knew for certain that the rules only apply to the unconnecteds. That would be us. Pretty sad way to run a department of just-us. Pretty sure her retirement is a “hole” lot better than mine.

Hahahahahahahahaha!

Yeah.

Hillary would feel SOOOOO bad if her aides went to prison but she got off free.

Ohhhhh.....that would just keep her from sleeping at night.

Hahahahahahahahahahaha!

She let four Americans die in Benghazi to cover up her crimes.

Trump doesn’t have to do anything except refuse to block extradition when another country indites her

OK, so she can go to Egypt, and her criminal associates can face either the AG or special prosecutor(s).

Many of his supporters are upset b/c The Donald indicated he might not be prosecuting Hillary and the rest of the treasonous wrong-doers.

KEEP IN MIND W/ Obama, Trump is dealing with a dangerous megalomaniac who still controls the power levers for the next two months.

The Clinton crimes surely reach into the Justice Dept and most likely the Obama WH itself. Trump cannot announce an investigation now. He needs to ease Obama out, change the locks and then drop the hammer.

Trump saying : "Hillary's been through enough" is quite clever.....it serves to mollify the culprits until he can drop the hammer.

=============================================

It is next to impossible to believe Obama knew nothing about the Clinton big buck/intel-selling operation.....he, himself, was surely pocketing a cut of the loot, as long as he played along and acted stupid about what they were doing.

Luckily for us, AG Sessions is not the kind of man who would ignore wrong-doing on the scale of the Clintons' operation.....dismissing treason and espionage for political reasons.

No way.

Chaffetz can keep the investigation alive until Trump's DOJ can move in.

============================================

(hat tip freeper Rockingham) Hillary and Bill should be offered the usual plea bargain for a corrupt officials: a detailed guilty plea, with cooperation and testimony against associates, along with a substantial fine, disgorgement of illegal gains, and at least a year or two of jail time.

Humiliating and painful, but far less than the maximum.

Ideally, the Clintons can then be used to unravel and document their criminal schemes and to prosecute their criminal associates. If of a generous disposition, Trump could then pardon the jail time for the Clintons if they otherwise perform under the plea deal.

Here’s what’s likely to happen.

Obama does NOT pardon Hillary. There is no benefit for him to pardon her and all reward to allow a prosecution of Hillary and the Foundation to occur.

Obama literally copies what Bill and Hillary did when Bill left office.

Obama creates a “Charitable Foundation”

Obama hits the speaking tour and will make more money than Bill did.

Michelle runs and wins the US Senate in Illinois.

In 4 or 8 years and if a Dem wins the White House, Michelle is appointed to Secretary of State.

Wash rinse repeat.
