Pretty much every story you read notes that “MI is still not decided” tho I believe they gave their final figures this past week, which reduced the margin from 13K+ to 10K+

Apparently MI is all paper ballots that require more time to count. If their deadline is Monday or Wed (PA is one, MI the other) to file a recount demand, they do’t have much time to conclude the count and get certified in time for the electoral college vote on 12/19.

Another thread said that the deadline in PA was 11/23 & no request for recounting had been filed by that date. So that recount may be out of the picture.

Wisconsin also uses VOTER ID and paper ballots, I think. Almost 3 million ballots to recount-—BY hand. Don’t know how that can be done by 12/18. Would have to be done before vote by Electoral College on 12/19.
