Trump needs to act fast if he wants recounts in other states:
For NV - Election certified on Tuesday. Recount must be petitioned within 3 business days.
For VA - Election certified on Monday 11/21. Recount must be petitioned within 10 days.
For CO - Election certified on Tuesday 11/22. Recount must be petitioned within 10 days.
Maybe they ran the clock out so Trump can not ask for a recount, in the states that are questionable for Hillary.
