That’s how the clown, Al Franken, became the senator of MN...repeatedly recounting until they could manufacture enough ballots to elect him.

That's simply not true.
Franken was behind by several hundred votes after the votes were counted on Election Day, but the recount immediately put about 1,500 ballots in play that had initially been rejected for one reason or another. I believe most of them were examined and were counted in the final tally, which is what put Franken over the top by a few hundred votes.
The multiple "recounts" in that election did not involve continuously finding new ballots out of nowhere and adding them to the final totals. They were all iterations of the vote counts with those same 1,500 disputed votes.
There was plenty of evidence of voter fraud in that election, but it had nothing to do with the vote count. It was all related to questionable voter registrations and documented cases of felons voting.
