Looking back, her concession call and speech now were suspiciously too calm and reasonable.
If she wasn’t energized and enthusiastic enough to run a Presidential campaign before, what makes her think she could run a manufactured attempt to steal the Presidency afterward?

I did a quick check of voter totals in 3 states - CA, NY and IL - obvious solid blue states. Combined, in those 3 states, Hillary won by ~6.3 million. That’s way more than the 2 million they say she now leads. So in the other 47 states Trump is the big winners by 4+ million votes.
She didn't run much of a Presidential campaign, her surrogates did all the heavy lifting. The same will be true of any attempt to steal the election afterwards.
In my state a Republican won the Governors race in 2004 by a couple thousand votes. The Democrats challenged the results. The first recount still had the Republican winning but by fewer than he had to begin with. In the second recount enough “lost” votes were “found” in the leftist stronghold of Seattle for the Democrat to win by 130 votes.

I think Trump and his advisors were on to the possibility that Hillary would try to steal the election, which is why they dove so quickly into putting together his administration. It would be much harder to overturn it when the whole administration is in place, psychologically. It makes him stronger, and it shows his executive capabilities. Public opinion is already much more favorable towards him.
