Governor Scott Walker has the authority to do all sorts of things like order the state police to observe the process to make sure all ballots & tallies are secure. Put enough reliable eyes and ears on this & the RAT SoS can whistle dixie.

You’re very naive and trusting. I’m sitting here in North Carolina where our Republican governor is having his office stolen from him by virtue of 90,000 late votes “found” in Democrat-controlled Durham County. You seem to believe that a governor has authority to prevent this. Ours doesn’t. Neither does Wisconsin’s.
