Probably the same procedure they would use in any other state. I’m sure you can find that information on a Wisconsin election board website somewhere.

If you have any evidence of that, I’d love to see it.

Have there not been multiple threads here today quoting the reported $160k per hour that poured into Stein’s account through the night?

Depends on the state:

1: WI - decentralized election results. There has to be a precinct with a definitive difference of votes that exceed 25,000. This is immediately suspect. No go.

2: MI - paper votes. 10,000 new, legitimate votes have to be found somewhere. Immediately suspect. No go.

3: PA - 70,000 margin. Even if Philly precinct were challenged by a court order, doubtful that they could find 10,000 new votes. PA will probably be the death knell to the other two as it is the largest margin and the hardest to flip.

I think this is all about moving money out of the Clinton Foundation to make it much less suspect during audit.

A million of them, but none had a link.

They would not have to tamper with ballots. They could just add in ballots for Clinton and remove ballots for Trump,or just add a lot more for Clinton and not touch Trumps.

They need to steal MI and PA to overturn the valid election.

They are opening up wars on multiple, fronts.

They will file, for recalls in the states they think they can steal.

They are doing everything to push the mantra she didnt lose, it was taken from her. Same mantra behind her popular vote count.

They want a gore 2000 electionmto run on so they have something to energize their 2020 base and supposedly take away Trumps mandate for his 4 years.

It isnt hard to understand liberal socialist tactics.

Personally the laws are each states’ laws so they all vary.

I think candidates who have no statistical chance of winning should not be able to force a recount. Unless they have irrefutable proof of ballot tampering or fake ballots being added,or ballots being destroyed. I dont think they should, allow candidates to work together to ask for recalls on each others behalfs, either, like clinton/soros paid stein to do.

Good questions, I’ve been wondering too. Beyond the infamous hanging chad, I’m pretty ignorant on this subject.

Thank you for this insight!

Money laundering makes more sense to me than any other explanation I have heard so far.

How about this?

(Where the comments section also has multiple posts that the point is simply to force those three states to forfeit their electoral college votes, which would lead to a Clinton win.)

Better think outside the box before Trump is blindsided.

Its not about ballots or recount; its something more sinister, like having a black robe through out a large section of the votes (like the electronic voting machines, etc) that would give Hillary the final edge; or preventing the state’s from being able to make some dead line that would make the electoral votes invalid.

This is no laughing matter. Trump’s people need to bring their A game on this ASAP!

> The question is WHY are they doing this fool move?

Because their strategist and funder, Soros is mentally insane on some levels and the ultimate narcissist who believes he really is a god on earth. He hates America and everything she stands for and is a sociopath who enjoys destroying other people's lives including his own Jewish people. At the age of 14 year he worked for the Judenrat, the Jewish Council who went around doing the bidding of the Nazis essentially inventorying, stealing, and liquidating the Jewish people's assets with no remorse whatsoever working for Hitler during WWII. He said it was the best time of his life:

America is now his target for liquidation:

America stands in his way and is a beacon of light to the world. It gives people hope and refuge from the evil that lurks in the form of tyrrany around the globe. Destroy it and people have nowhere to escape the effects of tyranny and live in peace. Soros wants to destroy America because we stand in the way of the setting up of the NWO that he can manipulate to affect and control that tyranny to create even more wealth. He has his hands in the pockets of most politicians in DC accorcding to many sources and the will do his bidding.

He has also admitted he has a god complex even and enjoys playing god. The man is mentally unbalanced and one not think like you or I do:

In the Wisconsin law, she needs no reason, just the request and the cash.

Millions of voters in three states are not going to be disenfranchised from the electoral process because some nutcase socialist who got less than 1% of the vote suspects there might have been some irregularities.

Depending on each states’ laws, either the state legislatures (all GOP) or the U.S. Congress will settle the matter, if the recount cannot be completed in time.

I believe that is the purpose of the last minute petitions - to make it very difficult to complete the hand counting process by Dec. 13, so that the result will be thrown to GOP governing bodies and Rats can make the claim, “selected, not elected” yet again.

PA requires that a petition for recount go before a court. Hopefully the court will shut it down and this will be over once and for all. Even if that occurs, we’ll hear the “selected, not elected” mantra like we heard in 2000 when SCOTUS shut down the FL recount.

It’s all about weakening Trump’s presidency and claiming it is illegitimate.

They are not looking for enough votes to change the results...that’s simply absurd and people would not stand for it.

They set up for this back when they started blaming Russia for anything and everything.

They want to get access to the voting machines and lay a claim that the software was hacked...by Russia.

What they want is a do-over of election night in certain states.

Of course this would almost immediately go to the supreme court... that is why we are short one justice (under mysterious circumstances) The court will tie and the lower court rulings will stand.

IMO this is what is going on :-/
No other explanation makes any sense at all.

I think I'm right about this. Michigan uses all paper ballots. WI uses a combination of paper and touch screen and PA uses touch screen.

How would you hack scanning machines that read paper ballots and are not connected to the internet? As I understand it, even the touch screen machines are not connected to the internet.

If by hacking, you mean manually adjusting the scanning or touch screen machines, then I guess that's possible. But the chain of custody in those situations is closely monitored by both Republicans and Democrats alike. So someone actually messing around with the machines on site is almost impossible.

There is no chance the election in one state, let alone three, will be overturned. This is a ploy to sow chaos into the process and cast doubt on Trump's victory among the more rabid rabble rousers. No other reason and I hope it gets shut down real fast next week.

I suspect it will depend upon whether the person making the decision is a democrat or Republican. The law doesn’t matter to Democrats.
