Breaking: GOP NOT PREPARED, SLEEPING As Hillary Moves In for the STEAL
The Gateway Pundit ^ | November 27, 2016 | Jim Hoft

Posted on 11/27/2016 5:07:23 PM PST by bobsunshine

Hillary Clinton’s campaign lawyer announced on Saturday that the Clinton campaign will be joining the efforts by Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein in seeking to overturn the election of Donald Trump as president by seeking recounts in key battleground states.

Hillary Clinton conceded in the early morning hours on November 9th. But behind the scenes she was scheming with an army of operatives to find ways to steal the presidency from Trump. And now they are working with the Stein camp in the Wisconsin recount.

Jill Stein has raised over $6 million so far in her effort to challenge the vote in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Jill Stein is taking this seriously. The Clinton campaign is taking this seriously. Democrats are taking this seriously.

So where are the Republicans?

As of 7:30 PM ET on Sunday night the Wisconsin GOP has yet to ask for donations or Republican volunteers.

As I've said a dozen times already ...

If it was that easy to do it, it would be done in every presidential election cycle.

Largest deficit made up in a state wide recount was 700, Hillary needs 10,000, 30,000 and 70,000, Everybody needs to relax.

Thank you.

As I posted the other day ... we're more likely to see Godzilla and Mothra show up on the West Coast and have a pitched battle in San Francisco Bay than have recounts overturn those three vote margins. LOL.

“The point is to cause those three states to be unable to recertify their results in time for the EC vote.”

Governors of those three states from both parties will certify their results and assign their electors by Dec 13th, no matter what.

Bush vs Gore assures that, and says nobody else gets a vote.

This would leave the count at 260-232, and throw it to the Congress

Nope.

The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President

260 to 232 is a majority.

I found this on Steins recount page. Looks like for PA she is taking a different approach involving individual voters.

“We are supporting a voter-initiated recount in Pennsylvania, in election districts where at least three voters in each precinct file affidavits with their County Board of Elections within the specified time frame. Interested voters can fill out the volunteer form at jill2016.com/RecountPA. This page will ask for basic information and it contains a video of Jill Stein explaining the intricacies of submitting an affidavit. Then you will be re-directed to a page containing detailed information about the process. Get started: jill2016.com/recountPA”

http://www.jill2016.com/how_is_the_recount_going_to_work_in_pennsylvania

Maybe the voters in Clinton county could go and explain how their Trump votes changed to Clinton votes.

It’s too late. I’m already hysterical! :)

No, the GOP isn’t sleeping. And Trump certainly is not.

I agree. It’s not total possible electors, but electors appointed. If the recount is not finished, electors would not be appointed. If they are not appointed, they are not counted.

It's a non-issue. ....if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed...

Trump has been underestimated countless times. I recall when everyone thought he had no ground game, only to later find out about the heroic accomplishments of Trump’s IT guy, his son-in-law, and by Priebus.

I’m pretty sure Trump, his lawyers, and Bannon all know what they are doing.

Let’s stop with the “fear”. If, (big if), the state(s) say that they will not be finished with the recounts before the 13th of December, (statutory requirement to report the vote totals to Congress), Trump will go to court and ask that the states be ordered to report the last certified numbers.

His argument will be that the votes, (found or switched), could not statistically change the EV’s for the state(s) involved and request the court order the state(s) to comply with the law requiring the vote count to be sent to Congress on time as required by statute.

If, (again, big if), the state(s) don’t report the vote totals on the 13th then their EV’s would have to be deducted from the total of EV’s available, (537), thus removing WI’s 10 EV’s means that there are only 527 EV’s available and the next president needs 264 EV’s to become the next president. Hillary would still only have 232 EV’s and Trump would have 296 EV’s, (still 34 EV’s more than Hillary).

So all of this teeth gnashing is a waste of time. Trump and his folks know all of this and are prepared to take the necessary legal actions when and if they are needed.

It won’t happen, but just the fact that she’s trying to steal the election after losing is stirring up talk of violence.
Americans wouldn’t accept outright theft of the office. This is typical of Hillary Clinton’s MO: slash and burn.
We’ve seen the videos of her, particularly her eyes. She’s insane.

“I saw Reince Priebus on one of the shows thismorning and he said they had all the lawyers and staff up and ready to go for every precinct.

“Gateway Pundit” has been publishing some bullshit lately.”

But they said “BREAKING”!?!

don’t think it is about election outcome - even if goes to House and Senate, outcome is known. it is about the disruptions getting there. it is about delegitimization of a Prez Trump and poisoning the political climate with such antics.
