The narrative is US is a horrible racist country that elected a horrible racist man and must now repent for its sins.
Blacks are always victims. Stories where they aren’t victims are local news only.
Reverse the races and this would be on front page of every paper and lead story of every FAKE NEWS TV channel.

You have to consider to leftists there is no TRUTH. There is only the narrative. The narrative is the economy is great. The narrative is we are defeating ISIS.

It's important to remember that a lot of stories like this - stories that the national press ignores - are sourced in local mainstream TV affiliates or newspapers, not obscure "right-wing" or conspiracy sites. Thus not even the defenders of MSM supremacy and inerrancy can dismiss them as bogus.
The comments by you and others point out the undeniable fact that these stories remain local because they do not fit - or even refute - the various mainstream news narratives that generate national stories and "national discussions."
Just this morning, the LEAD STORY on the MSN website was the demand by someone that Donald Trump denounce Alex Jones, who apparently is a "Sandy Hook denier." (I don't know what brought this on today.)
But neither Clinton or Obama are ever asked to denounce extremism among their supporters because the MSMS want to create the impression that there AREN'T ANY extremists among their supporters. So they will refuse to report - or even, in the face of irrefutable evidence, DENY that groups like BLM have both condoned and committed serious crimes, up to and including inciting and committing murder.
