This is good. They should be able to complete by Dec 13th now. The WI Election Commission already stated that the recount would be happening on nights and weekends. So much for the delaying tactic in WI.

Technique: A test “deck” of ballots with a known count are run through the tabulator machines. Out comes the count. It matches the known count. Machines are declared fine.

The tabulators are used to do the election day ballots. Result emerges.

Done. Probably less than 24 hrs.

Wisconsin Recount Could Begin Thursday

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The recount of Wisconsin’s presidential election could begin Thursday,
after payment is received from one or both of the little-known candidates who are requesting it.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission voted unanimously Monday to approve the recount timeline. Both
Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein and Independent presidential candidate Rocky De La Fuente
requested a recount Friday, but only Stein has been actively raising money for the effort that could
cost $1 million or more.

Sounds like the drudge article was correct about what the dem strategy is. Which is to delay the results for all three states so they can’t participate in the Electoral College. Then even though Trump would have more EC votes then Hillary, if he falls short of 270, it goes to Congress. Hillary will then claim that Trump was selected and she won the popular vote.

Fortunately, Trump is already counter-attacking that without millions of illegals voting, she would not have won the popular vote.

Here’s listing of events to take place in this recount process.
It’s from USA Today which can’t be posted to FR.

Yup.

They will need to get a court order for a hand recount.

And that means showing why a machine recount would be inaccurate.

Stein is supposed to have the money to pay for the recount submitted no later than tomorrow.

Let’s see if she deems the “no hand recount” ruling not to her liking, calls off the recount, and keeps the money.

Now I kind of wonder if liberal hackers won’t target the recount just to say: “Look, I told you so”.

And after he is elected Trump will expose PROOF that illegals have voted.

The Dems have really stepped in it here.

They’ll send her campaign the recount bill at close of business today.

Her campaign has until close of business tomorrow to post the recount bond.

“if he falls short of 270, it goes to Congress”

There seems to be some disagreement over this point. The more general consensus is that at this point it is merely who holds the MAJORITY of EC votes.

So, even if the EC votes of WI, MI & PA were in dispute, Trump still has 260 VOTES TO HRC’S 232. He still has the majority - he still wins.

“if he falls short of 270, it goes to Congress”

So what happens if a State House is burnt to the ground and all the vote records are destroyed...?

Stein has today to file for MI and a court-ordered recount must be filed in PA by Wednesday.

Part of the disagreement on this point goes back to the 2000 election, when the Bush legal team was making a compelling legal case that the required 270 EV total was fixed based on the size of the Electoral College at the time of the election.

In other words (according to this legal rationale), Gore wouldn't have gained anything by disrupting the Florida legal process to the point where they couldn't certify their electors and he would have had the majority of the national electoral votes minus Florida's total. His only possibility of success would have been to win Florida's electoral votes outright.

“So what happens if a State House is burnt to the ground”

In your scenario, I would think that unless there existed some (previous) proof of fraud, that the last known results would stand.

soros, hillary, stein et. al. are playing a VERY dangerous game with a very dangerous (not to us) man.

He was going to let her slide. NO CHANCE now.

stein and soros will get it when they least expect it.

I dont see soros breathing a lot longer when he is on top of both Trump’s and Putin’s list.

Great irony if stein is audited :)

Gore only needed to win FL where the margin was razor-thin.

Hillary would need to flip three states. Yeah, a tall order.

Once Trump’s total in the EC is compromised, they threaten and intimidate what, 15 electors, and she’s in.

I wouldn’t put it past them to kill someone as an example.
